Refund Policy

• By Client: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or "no-shows" will result in the forfeiture of that session, and it will be counted as completed.

• By Instructor: In the rare event that your instructor needs to cancel a session, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If a session cannot be rescheduled, a refund for that individual session will be issued.
