1. Services

"Epsom Polo Club" (referred to as "Club" or "we") agrees to provide coaching & chukka services as agreed when booking by the Client ("You").

Instructor/teaching sessions may include, but are not limited to: skill development and game strategy.

Sessions will be conducted via In-Person at the agreed-upon times.
2. Payment Terms

Fees: Payment for coaching packages is due in full prior to the start of the first session unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay the installment amounts on the due dates. Failure to pay an installment may result in the suspension of coaching services until the account is current.

Auto-Renewal (if applicable): For monthly subscriptions, your card will be automatically charged on the same day each month. You may cancel your subscription with 3 days' notice via email.
3. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). You should consult with a professional in those areas if needed.

Physical Activity: If your coaching involves physical exercise or polo (a sport with inherent risks), you acknowledge that you are physically fit enough to participate and assume all risks of injury.

Results: You understand that results vary by individual. "Epsom Polo Club" cannot guarantee specific performance improvements.
4. Code of Conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.

"Epsom Polo Club" reserves the right to terminate any relationship immediately if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or violates this code of conduct. In such a case, no refund will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided to you (workouts, playbooks, videos, PDFs) are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute these materials without written consent from "Epsom Polo Club."
6. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. Sessions will not be recorded without mutual written consent.
